30 Day Risk Free Trial: If you are not sure if one of our products will work for you, try a single product RISK FREE for 30 days. If, for any reason, you are not pleased, feel free to return it for a full refund of the product price. This offer allows you the freedom to try any single Sirius Metals product RISK FREE in order to determine that it is right for you. This RISK FREE guarantee does not apply to more than one item per customer, and does not apply to liquid products larger than 20 fluid ounces.

 

Return Policy: Returns of new, unopened items are accepted within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Returned items must arrive in new condition. After 30 days, returns are approved on a case by case basis at Sirius Metals’ sole discretion. Liquid products that are 1 gallon or more are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department using customerservice@siriusmetals.com.

 

Refused Shipments: Sirius Metals’ Return Policy does not apply to refused shipments. Customers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. For international customers, please be aware of any postage tariffs or VAT charges that may occur upon receiving your shipment. Please also note that it is against company policy for Sirius Metals to change customs forms upon request by an international customer.

      Hello my checkout is currently inoperable at the moment. I do apologise for the inconvenience. The order did not go through due to a website error that I am currently working to fix. I do also sell my items on Amazon and Ebay though if you are interested.

      Unfortunately this is online only since the return address is a residential location and it is just where I receive my mail and any returns or unclaimed mail. I have my products manufactured and bottled at a separate facility, but I do not have a brick and mortar store unfortunately. I apologise for the inconvenience.

    Hey, when will my order be shipped out? Lookin forward to receiving it! I don’t necessarily need wood corks but just something that is safer than plastic… I just dont trust plastic, but if you can’t that’s alright. (the wood could also easily react with the solution so…. yeah)

      There may be measuring spoons you can purchase that can measure out 1000mg. However, since 1000mg can vary in size depending on which powder or salt you are measuring it with, a measuring spoon isn’t the most accurate measurement. We suggest purchasing a kitchen scale that is able to weigh things by the gram.
