As part of our 30 day guarantee, all eligible items may be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a full refund or exchange. For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
The following are ineligible for returns or refunds:
- Gold Chloride products
- Any liquid items 1 gallon and over
- Items that have been used
- Sale or clearance items
To complete your return, we do require proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on your case, either we will provide you a shipping label, or you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable. For international customers, please be aware of any legal duties in your own country as you will be responsible for paying for any import duties or other additional postage taxes in your country. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
